  Albert Fr. Brandt sen.
  1875 - 1958







 Since 1965,
 our company has been producing filters
 and accessories in the premises of the former
 „Papierfabrik Plattenthal Albert Fr. Brandt KG“,
 the paper factory founded by the current
 managing director's grandfather. We originally supplied filter cartridges
 for air, oil and fuel applications to the East German car, motorcycle and utility
 vehicle industry, but also manufactured coalescing and separator filters for the
 petrochemical industry, kerosene filters for aviation fuelling and others.
  After 1990 the assortment on more than 730 filter types was extended
  by own manufacturing and aligned to the Western European aftermarket
  (emphasis: round and panel air filters) under concentration of the selling
  on larger specialized wholesale dealers, branchists and exporters.
  Today, Albert Fr. Brandt jr. runs the company, which, with increasing
  success, is involved in supplying filters and accessories to engine
  and device manufacturers in Western Europe.
  Our staff consists of well trained and
  highly motivated employees. This fact
  guarantees a continuous development of
  our product range and allows us to react
  flexibly to the demands of our customers
  and the requirements of the market.

  our staff are younger than 25 years)
  builds a solid foundation for the
  challenges of the years to come.
  We apply careful quality controls and assessments in each
  step of the production process. Since 2005 the company
  works after a quality management system in conformance
  with ISO 9001:2008 standards.

   Due to the fact that our premises are
  embedded in the beautiful landscape of the
  Ore Mountains ("Erzgebirge", Free State of
  Saxony, Germany), we are expressly
  open to environmental concerns.

  The silver-mining industry of former centuries laid the

  a medium-sized business market which offers profound
  competence in numerous branches and professions. Within the
  scope of our possibilities, we engage in the fields of youth work,
  promotion of mass sports and vocational training - also to foster
  the locational advantage of this region.
